  The overall quality of KFC has dropped so dramatically over the last five and the prices have continued to rise. It's laughable. I understand families on the go sometimes have no other option then to order dinner for their families at the end of the day and that's probably why substandard restaurants such as KFC have managed to stay in business. Of course in all fairness, it seems like quality and customer service is majorly crippled across the board, regardless of the amenity being discussed. The only way this is ever going to change is if people break out of their shell and stop accepting the status quo just because it's the status quo. Refuse to shop at these establishments. Take your money elsewhere. Have more family time by preparing meals at home, you know, like we used to do in this country. Stop spending your hard-earned money at establishments who don't care about you, which is reflected in the quality of service and product. That will leave them one of two options, Option 1, revamp their business ethics and services to compete for your dollar or option 2, go out of business and get out of our town...

  Good food, friendly service, greasy food restaurants like this could always use a little bit of house keeping. This location isn't too bad, but it could use a little TLC.

  Rarely very busy but always have to wait for someone to come to the counter. Food on the buffet usually looks old and dried out. NEVER have biscuits on the buffet.
